Job Opportunity: Legal Secretary in Abu Dhabi

We currently have a role in Abu Dhabi for an experienced legal secretary at a leading international law firm. The ideal candidate will have a solid work history with international law firms, either regionally or in the UK, and native English proficiency. The firm is willing to wait a one-month notice period for the right candidate and is open to relocating UK candidates.

Requirements include general corporate/commercial experience, with expertise in mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, private equity, investment fund formations, and complex matters related to technology, communications, intellectual property, privacy, cybersecurity, compliance, investigations, and enforcement actions. The candidate should have excellent references, strong attention to detail, advanced MS Office skills, accurate typing, and a genuine interest in their work. Polished presentation and an enthusiastic attitude are essential.
