Legal Senior Associate

Role Summary

Play a key role in managing corporate legal matters and ensuring compliance across the organization. This role supports strategic projects by providing legal advice, drafting complex agreements, and managing legal risks across transactions and operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide legal advice on corporate matters including M&A, joint ventures, project development, financing, and regulatory compliance.
• Draft and review complex legal documents including commercial contracts, shareholder agreements, technology transfer agreements, and regulatory filings.
• Identify and mitigate legal risks while ensuring compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
• Conduct legal research and prepare legal memoranda and briefing materials for leadership.
• Support negotiations, legal presentations, and transaction documentation.
• Coordinate with external counsel and manage legal deliverables efficiently.
• Monitor legal and regulatory developments impacting the business.

Requirements

• 5–7 years of legal experience, preferably in an international corporate or commercial law firm.
• Strong expertise in contract drafting and legal research.
• Experience in energy, oil & gas, or infrastructure sectors preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree in Law or equivalent legal qualification.
• Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
