  • Bilingual drafting (Arabic/English).

Key Tasks – Junior Legal

  • Assist in drafting and reviewing standard legal documents using approved templates (NDAs, simple service agreements, legal letters).
  • Conduct legal research on Saudi laws and regulations and prepare short summaries.
  • Prepare first drafts of legal memos, correspondence, and internal notes.
  • Support contract administration, tracking, and version control.
  • Track governance approvals, signatures, and follow-up actions.
  • Coordinate with internal stakeholders to collect required inputs.
  • Follow up on execution, approvals, and document finalization.
