Job Purpose:

To act as an effective liaison between the Company and the Law Firm, ensuring smooth legal coordination, timely provision of required documents, and continuous follow-up on legal cases and outcomes, while communicating updates accurately to all concerned parties.

Key Responsibilities:

• Serve as the primary point of contact between the Company and the Law Firm regarding legal matters.

• Collect, review, and prepare all legal documents, contracts, and case-related materials.

• Provide the Law Firm with all required documents and information in a timely manner.

• Follow up on the progress of legal cases and ongoing legal procedures.

• Receive case updates and final outcomes from the Law Firm and properly document them.

• Communicate legal updates, case statuses, and outcomes clearly to the Company.

• Organize, maintain, and archive legal files both physically and electronically with strict confidentiality.

• Track legal deadlines, court hearings, and statutory timelines, and ensure timely reminders.

• Coordinate meetings and calls between the Company and the Law Firm when needed.

• Prepare periodic legal status reports and summaries for management.

• Ensure compliance with internal policies and applicable legal regulations.

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in law, Legal Studies, or a related field (preferred).

• Previous experience in a legal coordination role or working with law firms is an advantage.

• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

• High level of organization and attention to detail.

• Proficiency in MS Office and document management systems.
