Legal Specialist

The Role
eMagine law is currently hiring exclusively and confidentially for a global giant in Saudi Arabia. You’ll be the go-to legal partner for day-to-day commercial work, governance, regulatory matters, and the occasional dispute helping the business move fast, but safely. This is an opportunity to grow and develop your legal career at a true global conglomerate and the chance to work with some of the finest legal minds in the GCC region. The day to day: • Drafting, reviewing, and negotiating a wide range of commercial contracts (end-to-end) • Making contracts easier for the business: templates, clause libraries, playbooks, fallback positions (Arabic/English) • Supporting strategic projects and cross-border work when needed • Handling entity lifecycle in KSA (and potentially GCC): formations, licensing, renewals, amendments, etc. (MISA, MoC and other authorities) • Keeping governance tidy and audit-proof: POAs, signing authorities, constitutional docs, authority matrices • Advising stakeholders across Procurement, Commercial, Finance, HR, Tax, Internal Audit, Logistics, Marketing, IT • Managing regulatory filings / inspections / responses with government bodies (Arabic + English) • Supporting pre-litigation strategy, legal notices, settlement frameworks, and coordinating external counsel when things escalate

Requirements
Your background: • LLB (Masters is a plus) • Licensed / eligible to be licensed in Saudi Arabia • 5+ years PQE with strong Saudi law exposure (law firm and/or in-house) • Confident drafting and negotiating complex contracts under Saudi law • Solid working knowledge of KSA frameworks (e.g. Companies Law, Labour Law, PDPL, competition, anti-bribery) • A commercial mindset: you can triage risk, give clear advice, and help people make decisions • Strong Arabic legal drafting + professional English drafting/negotiation • Comfortable with Microsoft 365, CLM tools, e-signature platforms, legal research tools
