Job Summary

The Legal Team Associate plays a vital role as the first point of contact for our clients. In this position, you will provide professional and compassionate support by handling incoming calls, emails, and text messages, as well as conducting proactive outreach. You’ll assess qualifying criteria, accurately document interactions, and help validate case viability—directly supporting our mission to provide outstanding personal injury representation.

Key Responsibilities

Client Support

  • Serve as a professional and empathetic first point of contact for clients and third parties via phone, email, text, and fax.
  • Provide timely and diligent follow-up on outstanding requests to ensure clients feel supported.
  • Assess qualifying criteria and guide clients through the intake and onboarding process.

Administrative Excellence

  • Maintain accurate and confidential client records.
  • Draft and prepare professional correspondence and documentation.
  • Navigate firm systems and follow established procedures for efficiency and compliance.

Collaboration & Problem-Solving

  • Partner with internal teams to complete directives and support firm-wide goals.
  • Respond to and resolve administrative inquiries with professionalism and care.
  • Take initiative on special projects and adapt to evolving client and firm needs.

Education & Experience

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate’s degree in office administration or related field preferred.
  • 1–2 years of experience in an administrative or client service role.

Physical Requirements

  • Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
  • Ability to occasionally lift up to 15 pounds.

Position Details

  • Employment Type: Full-time (36-40 hours per week)
  • Multiple Shift Options:
  • 3 days/week; 12 hour/days
  • 4 days/week; 10 hour/days
  • Compensation: $20/hour
