Legal Trainee

Chery is a leading Chinese auto company. It has sold more than 8.75 million vehicles, providing products and services for users in more than 80 countries and regions around the world every day.As Chery Automotive, our goal is to organize training on all necessary topics to enhance the technical and business skills of sales and service teams at dealers. This includes preparing training content and materials and contributing to the execution of the training operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the legal team in preparing legal reports, presentations, and internal documentation
• Conduct legal research on various topics related to corporate and commercial law
• Assist in tracking contracts, agreements, and legal documentation processes
• Coordinate with external counsels and law firms on ongoing legal matters
• Participate in compliance, litigation, and regulatory follow-ups
• Gain hands-on experience in legal processes, UYAP operations, and corporate governance practices

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Law from a reputable university (4th-year student or recent graduate)
• Excellent command of both written and spoken English
• Strong knowledge of MS Office programs
• Familiarity with UYAP system and legal documentation processes
• Solid understanding of general legal principles and commercial law
• Strong communication, presentation, and reporting skills
• Detail-oriented, proactive, and able to work in a fast-paced environment
• Result and customer-oriented mindset
