Job Description-Legal & Compliance Trainee

Location: Office-based
Working Hours: 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM
Working Days: 6 days a week

Role Overview

We are looking for a Legal & Compliance Trainee to support our team in matters related to GST, Income Tax, and Labour Laws. This role is ideal for LLB freshers or final-year students who want practical exposure in compliance and legal drafting.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in legal research related to GST, Income Tax, and Labour Laws
• Support in drafting replies to notices, representations, and basic legal documents
• Assist in preparation of appeal drafts and legal summaries
• Help in maintaining legal files, records, and documentation
• Coordinate with internal teams for compliance-related information
• Track statutory deadlines and follow-ups
• Maintain confidentiality and professional ethics

Eligibility & Skills

• LLB graduate / final-year student (3-year or 5-year course)
• Freshers are welcome
• Basic understanding of GST, Income Tax, and Labour Laws
• Good drafting, communication, and research skills
• Comfortable with MS Word, Excel, and online tools
• Willingness to learn and attention to detail

Salary & Benefits

• Salary: Up to ₹3 LPA (based on skills and interview performance)

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
