Are you passionate about legal writing and looking to begin your career in a structured and rewarding legal environment? We are currently hiring a Petition Writer for full-time, on-site work in the U.S. immigration legal sector. This role focuses on preparing EB-2 NIW (National Interest Waiver) petitions under the U.S. immigration system.

This is not a content writing or social media writing role. We are seeking individuals with serious interest and foundational experience in research-based writing.

Key Responsibilities:

• Draft comprehensive, high quality EB-2 NIW petitions aligned with USCIS standards and internal legal frameworks
• Review client-provided documents, including resumes, academic records, employment letters, and awards
• Identify gaps or inconsistencies in the information and recommend appropriate SOC codes and job descriptions
• Collaborate with case managers by preparing customized question sets for clients
• Prepare all supporting documents including the petition CV, recommendation letters, and cover letter
• Ensure consistency, accuracy, and structure across all written materials
• Submit high-quality drafts within assigned deadlines

Ideal Candidate:

• Recent graduate or fresher with a strong interest in legal writing welcome to apply
• 1–2 years of experience in legal writing, research, or documentation preferred
• Internships or university-only projects will not be considered as valid experience
• Exceptional written communication and research skills
• Detail-oriented and capable of working under deadlines
• Willing to undergo in-depth training and adhere to quality standards
• Able to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment

Important Notes:

• Only serious candidates with verifiable writing experience will be considered
• Writing samples must reflect authentic legal writing – AI-generated samples will be rejected immediately
• This is a full-time, on-site position. Flexible or part-time arrangements are not available
