We’re looking for a talented EB-2 NIW Petition Writer and Immigration Analyst to join our writing team and contribute to the preparation of high-quality, results-driven petitions that make a real difference in people’s lives.

This is not a content writing or social media writing role. We are seeking individuals with serious interest and foundational experience in research-based writing.

Key Responsibilities:

• Research and draft well-substantiated EB-2 NIW petitions, including key documents like CVs, Cover Letters & Recommendation letters
• Analyze clients' backgrounds (scientific, medical, business, engineering, academic, or other professional fields) to tailor a customized petition strategy.
• Work collaboratively with consultants, case managers, and clients to gather evidence and develop compelling arguments aligned with USCIS criteria.
• Stay current on EB-2 NIW legal standards, policy updates, and case precedents.
• Edit and proofread legal documents for clarity, grammar, and legal soundness.
• Ensure timely submission of case materials and communicate progress to stakeholders.

Candidate Notes:

• Recent graduate or fresher with a strong interest in legal writing welcome to apply
• 1–2 years of experience in legal writing, research, or documentation preferred
• Internships or only university projects will not be considered as valid experience
• Exceptional written communication and research skills
• Detail-oriented and capable of working under deadlines
• Training will be provided

Pay: Rs70,000.00 - Rs100,000.00 per month
