Lemon Law Attorney

Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced Lemon Law Attorney to manage our Claims Team, and negotiate claim settlements. The ideal candidate has strong negotiation skills and communicates effectively with clients and team members. This is a fully remote work so the candidate can be anywhere. The schedule is fixed, which is 6 am to 3 pm PST.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide guidance to the Claims Team
• Handle escalated client calls
• Communicate with clients, manufacturers, and team members regularly
• Negotiate settlements to achieve favorable client outcomes

Qualifications

• Active Bar license in any state (Required)
• 1–3+ years of experience practicing Lemon Law
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong attention to detail and time management
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively with support staff
