Lettings Negotiator - UK Market Letting Agency

Office Location: Gulberg Greens Executive Block Koral Town, Islamabad, Pakistan

We are a UK-based Letting Agency with operational support from our office in Pakistan. We are currently seeking an experienced and motivated Lettings Negotiator (Closer) to join our growing team.

The Lettings Negotiator will be responsible for initiating and maintaining contact with UK landlords, presenting and negotiating our terms & conditions, and securing agreements to allow us to market and rent out their properties. Once a property is onboarded, the Closer will also help in identifying suitable tenants, ensuring a smooth rental process from start to finish.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and reach out to potential landlords in the UK
• Explain our letting services and convince landlords to list their properties with us
• Negotiate and finalize agreements with landlords including commission terms
• Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with landlords
• Assist in sourcing and screening potential tenants for the listed properties
• Coordinate viewings and communication between landlords and tenants
• Maintain up-to-date records of leads, calls, and conversions
• Provide regular progress reports to the management team

Requirements:

• Proven experience in a similar role (real estate, lettings, sales, or property management)
• Excellent verbal and written English communication skills
• Strong negotiation and interpersonal skills
• Ability to manage multiple clients and property listings at once
• Familiarity with UK lettings and property rental processes is a plus
• Self-motivated, target-driven, and professional attitude
• Proficient in using CRM tools, email, and online communication platforms
