We're currently seeking a reliable, customer-focused Level 1 Helpdesk Technician to join our team.

Job Summary:
The Level 1 IT Support Technician will be responsible for providing front-line technical support both from the office and on-site at client locations. Approximately 35% of the role includes field work, so a reliable vehicle and a valid driver’s license are required. This is a 100% in-office role—no remote or hybrid work options are available.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide Level 1 IT support via phone, email, and in person for desktops, laptops, printers, and other endpoints
• Troubleshoot hardware, software, and basic networking issues across multiple client environments
• Perform system maintenance, patching, and user support
• Document work in the ticketing system and escalate complex issues as needed
• Deliver on-site technical support at client locations (approximately 35% of the time)
• Maintain strong client relationships through professional and responsive service

Requirements:

• Minimum of 2 year of hands-on IT experience (preferably in an MSP or similar environment)
• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Reliable vehicle and valid driver’s license (required for field work)
• Working knowledge of Windows OS, Microsoft 365, and basic networking concepts
• Must be detail-oriented, self-motivated, and capable of managing multiple tasks
• Must be authorized to work in the U.S.

Pay: $47,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
