LHV Instructor / Coordinator

Position Overview:

We are seeking a qualified and dedicated Lady Health Visitor (LHV) Instructor/Coordinator to join our nursing college team. The candidate will be responsible for teaching, supervising, and mentoring LHV students, as well as coordinating academic and clinical training activities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct theoretical and practical classes for LHV students.
• Prepare lesson plans, teaching aids, and assessment tools.
• Supervise clinical rotations and ensure competency-based training.
• Coordinate with faculty, hospital, and community health centers for student placements.
• Maintain academic and administrative records of students.
• Guide and support students in skill development, professional ethics, and career growth.
• Ensure adherence to Sindh Nursing Board/Sindh Medical Faculty curriculum and standards.
• Assist in organizing workshops, examinations, and academic events.

Qualifications & Requirements:

• LHV Diploma (recognized by Sindh Nurses Examination Board).
• Minimum 3–5 years of clinical and/or teaching experience.
• Strong communication, leadership, and coordination skills.
• Ability to work in academic and clinical environments.
