Position Overview

The O-Levels Coordinator is responsible for overseeing all aspects of the O-Levels program, including curriculum planning, faculty management, student performance, and compliance with examination board standards. This role requires strong leadership, organizational skills, and a passion for delivering high-quality education.

Key Responsibilities

• Academic Planning & Curriculum Management
• Develop and implement the O-Levels curriculum in line with Cambridge guidelines.
• Ensure timely completion of syllabus across all subjects.
• Review lesson plans and teaching strategies for quality assurance.
• Faculty Supervision & Development
• Manage and support O-Levels teaching staff.
• Conduct regular classroom observations and provide feedback.
• Arrange professional development sessions for faculty.
• Student Performance & Guidance
• Monitor student progress and ensure effective exam preparation.
• Organize mock exams, assessments, and feedback sessions.
• Provide academic counseling to students and parents.
• Examination Coordination
• Oversee Cambridge examination registrations, timetables, and compliance with regulations.
• Liaise with the British Council/Cambridge for exam-related matters.
• Communication & Administration
• Maintain effective communication between teachers, students, and parents.
• Prepare academic reports and share updates with the school management.

Qualifications & Skills

• Master’s or Bachelor’s degree in Education or relevant subject area.
• Minimum 3–5 years of teaching and/or coordination experience at O-Levels.
• Strong understanding of Cambridge curriculum and examination system.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From Rs50,000.00 per month
