The Liaison Officer serves as the key communication between the logistics company, port authorities, customs, shipping agents, and other stakeholders. This role ensures smooth coordination of cargo movement, compliance with port regulations, and timely resolution of operational issues.


Main Tasks:

  • Handle all government related processes and documentation.
  • Follow up with ministries, labor offices and other official entities.
  • Ensure compliance with government regulations and legal updates.
  • Maintain accurate records of official documents and renewals.
  • Assist in obtaining necessary approvals and maintaining compliance records.
  • Build strong relationships with government agencies, shipping companies, and internal teams.


Qualifications and Requirements:

  • Educational qualifications bachelor’s degree or diploma related to the role.
  • Minimum 2-3 years of experience in logistics, shipping, or port operations in similar role.
  • Fluent in English language.
  • Effective communication with authorities, partners, and internal teams.
  • Ability to resolve operational challenges efficiently and ensure smooth coordination.
