Salary : up to 1 to 1.5LK/PM

Location - Thane.

We are seeking an experienced and driven Leasing Manager to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in leasing strategy, tenant acquisition, negotiations, and client relationship management across our warehousing and industrial real estate portfolio.

Key Responsibilities

 Develop and execute leasing strategies for warehouse and industrial spaces.

 Identify and secure new tenants through networking, site visits, and broker relationships.

 Lead lease negotiations, including commercial terms, rental structures, and legal documentation.

 Maintain relationships with existing tenants to ensure high occupancy and tenant satisfaction.

 Collaborate with legal, marketing, operations, and finance teams to support the leasing process.

 Analyze market trends, rental benchmarks, and competitor activity to inform pricing and marketing.

 Prepare leasing reports, occupancy updates, and performance metrics for senior management.

 Represent the company at industry events and with brokerage partners to enhance brand presence.

Requirements

 Bachelor’s degree in Business, Real Estate, Marketing, or a related field.

 7 to 10 years of experience in leasing (preferably in warehousing, industrial, or commercial real estate).

 Strong negotiation, analytical, and interpersonal skills.

 Deep understanding of lease terms, legal clauses, and market dynamics.

 Proficient in Microsoft Office; familiarity with CRM tools and real estate management software is a plus.

 Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and as part of a cross-functional team.
