Key Responsibilities:

Collaborate with faculty to design learning opportunities that integrate library and technology resources.

Maintain a library collection that reflects community diversity and affirms varied student identities.

Teach information literacy, research skills, and critical thinking.

Manage library automation systems, circulation, and digital databases.

Promote reading for pleasure and support school-wide reading incentive programs.

Participate in professional growth opportunities

Attend staff or team meetings and serve on staff committees as necessary

Assist the administration in implementing all policies and rules governing student life and conduct

Collaborate with colleagues to improve curriculum and instructional effectiveness with all students

Requirements:

Licensure: Massachusetts DESE Certification in Library (All Levels).

Education: Masters Degree in Library Science preferred.

Skills: Proficiency in digital library systems, technology integration, and social-emotional learning (SEL) practices.
