GuidetoInsure is expanding and actively hiring licensed 2-15 Health Insurance Agents to sell hospital indemnity plans to qualified, interested clients.

This is a W2 inside sales role with inbound warm leads only — no cold calling, no door knocking, and no prospecting required.

What You’ll Do

• Take inbound calls from warm, interested prospects
• Educate clients on hospital indemnity plans and supplemental coverage
• Follow a proven and compliant sales process
• Build trust and recommend appropriate coverage options
• Document client interactions in our CRM
• Work toward performance goals with leadership support

What We Offer

• W2 employment (not 1099)
• $40,000 base salary + uncapped commission
• Average earnings: $65,000–$80,000+

Requirements

• Active Florida 2-15 Health & Life Insurance License
• At least 1 year of sales experience (phone/call center preferred)
• Strong communication and closing skills
• Coachable and goal-oriented mindset
• Organized and professional
• Ability to pass a background check
