AMP Skin + Wellness is a luxury, results-driven skin and wellness studio located just outside downtown Napa in a charming bungalow across from Fuller Park.

We are not a traditional spa.

We operate with a true team-based model rooted in collaboration, education, and long-term client transformation.

Our approach blends advanced corrective skincare with whole-istic wellness therapies. Every client at AMP is supported by the team — not just one provider.

Our team includes:

• Ashley Marie Paul, Founder & Lead Esthetician (18+ years experience)
• Michele, Acne-Focused Lead Esthetician
• Deborah, Body Therapist specializing in advanced restorative modalities

We review cases together.
We discuss ongoing client concerns.
We collaborate on treatment plans.
We have visibility on all client notes.

At AMP, clients belong to the studio — not to an individual provider.

This ensures continuity of care, elevated standards, and the ability for any team member to step in seamlessly when needed.

Who We’re Looking For

We are seeking a licensed esthetician with 2+ years of experience who:

• Values collaboration over independence

• Understands long-term client relationships over transactional services

Bonus experience in:

• Luxury spa environments
• Medical spa settings
• Corrective or results-driven skincare Treatment Modalities: Microcurrent, Chemical Peels, Procell Microchanneling, DMK Enzyme Therapy Skin care brands: DMK, Dermaquest, Face Reality, Epicutis

This is not a position for someone looking to build a separate brand inside of our space.

Two Potential Pathways

We are open to two types of candidates depending on experience and fit:

Full-Time Esthetician (Aesthetics-Focused)

Ideal for someone who:

• Has strong experience
• May bring some existing clientele
• Is ready to operate primarily behind the chair

This role offers high income potential tied to performance within the AMP team model.

Hybrid Role: Esthetician + Front Desk Coordinator

Ideal for someone who:

• Wants to deepen their understanding of business operations
• Values stability and guaranteed hours
• Is building their clientele
• Enjoys client interaction and relationship-building

This role includes:

• Part-time aesthetics services
• Front desk coordination
• Client scheduling and experience oversight
• Daily interaction with all AMP clients

This pathway allows you to:

• Build know-like-trust with the entire client base
• Learn the inner workings of a luxury wellness business
• Receive guaranteed base pay alongside service income
• Create more stable, predictable hours

Responsibilities

• Perform advanced facials, waxing, tinting, and corrective treatments
• Conduct thorough consultations
• Maintain detailed treatment notes
• Participate in case reviews and team discussions
• Uphold AMP service standards
• Educate clients on home care and wellness

Hybrid role also includes:

• Front desk operations
• Scheduling and client communication
• Supporting daily studio flow

Qualifications

• Active California Esthetician License
• Minimum 2+ years experience
• Strong consultation and communication skills
• Professional presentation
• Team-oriented mindset
• Desire for long-term professional growth
