Licensed Aesthetician

MD Beauty Labs is seeking a polished, professional, and client-focused Aesthetician / Receptionist to join our growing team. This hybrid role is ideal for someone who is passionate about skincare, beauty, and wellness, while also being confident in front desk operations and delivering an exceptional client experience.

The ideal candidate is warm, organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable balancing hands-on aesthetic services with administrative and receptionist responsibilities. This person will play an important role in both treatment delivery and the day-to-day flow of the practice.

Responsibilities

Aesthetician Duties

• Perform aesthetic services in accordance with MD Beauty Labs protocols and state licensing requirements
• Conduct client consultations and recommend appropriate skincare treatments and products
• Educate clients on treatment plans, home care, and product usage
• Maintain treatment rooms, equipment, and sanitation standards
• Support client retention through excellent service and relationship-building
• Assist with promoting skincare services and retail products

Receptionist / Front Desk Duties

• Greet and check in clients in a warm, professional manner
• Answer phones, respond to inquiries, and schedule appointments
• Confirm appointments and manage calendar flow efficiently
• Process payments and maintain accurate client records
• Support front desk organization, cleanliness, and daily operations
• Assist with inventory, retail displays, and administrative tasks as needed

Qualifications

• Active Aesthetician / Esthetician and Laser license in the state of Florida
• Previous 3 years of experience in a med spa, spa, dermatology, or aesthetic practice
• Front desk, receptionist, or customer service experience strongly preferred
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Comfortable multitasking in a fast-paced client environment
• Professional appearance and demeanor
• Sales confidence with skincare products and treatment recommendations
• Experience with booking software / EMR systems is a plus

Pay: $20.00 - $60.00 per hour
