Responsibilities

• Perform a variety of aesthetic treatments including facials, dermabrasion, eyelash extensions, and body waxing to meet client needs.
• Administer esthetic laser treatments safely and effectively, ensuring optimal results.
• Provide expert makeup application and nail care services to enhance client appearance.
• Conduct product demos and recommend skincare products tailored to individual skin types and concerns.
• Maintain impeccable sanitation standards by thoroughly cleaning treatment areas and equipment after each service.
• Deliver outstanding customer service by listening attentively, communicating clearly, and addressing client questions or concerns professionally.
• Promote retail sales by educating clients on product benefits and current promotions to support their skincare goals.
• Assist with scheduling appointments, managing client records, and ensuring a smooth flow of daily operations.

Experience

• Valid state licensure as an Aesthetician with certification in cosmetology or related field.
• Proven experience performing esthetic laser treatments, dermabrasion, body waxing, eyelash extensions, and makeup application.
• Strong communication skills to educate clients effectively and build lasting relationships.
• Knowledge of sanitation protocols to ensure a safe environment for both clients and staff.
• Demonstrated ability to provide excellent customer service in a fast-paced setting.
• Familiarity with retail sales techniques to promote skincare products confidently.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $20.00 - $23.00 per hour
