We are currently seeking a qualified Licensed Aesthetician to join our esteemed day spa located in Sussex, Wisconsin. As a family-owned and operated establishment, we take pride in delivering high-quality services to our clientele. The ideal candidate will be a driven, self-motivated, and experienced professional who thrives in a small, intimate environment and approaches healthcare from a holistic perspective.

**Requirements:**

- Must possess a valid Aesthetician license in the state of Wisconsin.

- Responsibilities include delivering a range of services such as facials, waxing, and body treatments.

- Ability to establish new customer relationships while ensuring the retention of existing clients, all while providing an exceptional customer service experience.

- Will engage in aesthetic services and promote additional in-house offerings.

**Qualifications:**

- Current Aesthetician license in Wisconsin.

- Strong verbal and written communication skills.

- Comprehensive understanding of skin analysis.

- Availability for various shifts, including evenings and weekends.

- Proof of liability insurance required prior to the start date.

- Minimum of one year of relevant experience is required.

**Duties Include:**

- Providing all aesthetic services scheduled by the spa, including waxing, facials, and body treatments.

- Upholding cleanliness and organization of the work station on a daily basis.

**The independent contractor will be responsible for,**

- Maintaining a professional appearance and presentation (dress code to be discussed during the interview).

- Promoting exceptional customer service at all times.

- Possessing fundamental knowledge of products, ingredients, and services.

- Customizing treatment plans based on individual client needs.

- Demonstrating effective time management, organizational skills, and follow-up competence.

- Staying informed about all current promotions and specials offered by the business.

**Pay Structure & Benefits:**

- Contractor/1099 status (specific details to be provided during the interview).
