Licensed Aesthetician

Overview
We are seeking a skilled and passionate Aesthetician to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in skincare and beauty treatments, with a commitment to providing exceptional guest services. This role involves performing various aesthetic procedures while ensuring a welcoming and relaxing environment for clients. The Aesthetician will also be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and sanitation standards in accordance with industry regulations.

Responsibilities

• Provide a range of aesthetic services, including facials, dermabrasion, lash lift & tint, waxing, and chemical peels that may complement the medical procedures offered..
• Communicate effectively with clients to understand their needs and recommend appropriate treatments.
• Maintain high standards of sanitation and cleanliness in treatment areas and equipment.
• Educate clients on skincare products and techniques, promoting retail sales to enhance their experience.
• Stay updated on the latest trends in aesthetics.
• Deliver exceptional guest services to ensure client satisfaction and retention.
• Conduct advanced treatments such as microneedling and while adhering to safety protocols.
• Manage retail sales by recommending skincare products and beauty tools that align with clients’ goals, utilizing upselling techniques to enhance client satisfaction.
• Utilize management software like Aesthetic Record and RxPhoto for appointment scheduling, client records, and sales tracking.
• Engage with clients through social media management and product demos to promote services and build community engagement.
• Support front desk operations by greeting guests, managing bookings, and providing excellent guest services throughout their visit.

Pay: From $15.00 per hour
