Licensed Aesthetician

Dolce Medical Spa is a rapidly growing medical aesthetics company with many locations across the United States and Canada. We specialize in advanced, results-driven medical facials. As we continue to expand, we are looking for experienced, licensed estheticians who are passionate about skincare, client experience, and professional growth to join our team.

This is an opportunity for passionate estheticians to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented medical spa.

Responsibilities

• Perform skincare treatments including:
• Customized medical-grade facials
• Microdermabrasion and hydrodermabrasion
• Dermaplaning
• Microneedling
• Chemical peels
• Body contouring treatments
• Conduct thorough client consultations and create personalized treatment plans
• Educate clients on skincare routines, treatment plans, and post-care instructions
• Build strong client relationships to encourage retention and long-term results
• Maintain accurate treatment notes and documentation
• Support retail recommendations and treatment package sales when appropriate
• Maintain treatment rooms according to hygiene and safety standards
• Collaborate with team members to create a positive, professional environment

Qualifications

• Active Esthetician License (required)
• Experience performing skincare treatments in a medical spa or clinical environment
• Strong knowledge of skin conditions, contraindications, and treatment protocols
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Professional appearance and demeanor
• Friendly, personable, and client-focused approach
• Ability to work independently while thriving in a team environment
• Confidence and ability to recommend treatments and skincare products
• 2+ years of experience in microdermabrasion chemical peels hydrofacials and microneedeling are needed.
