Duties

• Ability to perform all facial treatments offered on the medical spa/spa menu according to protocols and rituals.
• Discovers the guests’ needs and makes appropriate treatment and home care recommendations.
• Presents a warm, gracious, and professional persona toward guests and co-workers
• Maintain strict sanitation standards and adhere to all health regulations to ensure a safe environment for clients and staff.
• Participates in all aspects of marketing, special events planning, and execution
• Support front desk operations by greeting guests warmly, answering inquiries professionally, and ensuring seamless guest experiences from check-in to checkout.
• Excellent communication skills to educate clients clearly about treatments and products while providing outstanding customer service.
• Attends all in-house training and commits to outside continuing education
• Experience with social media management to promote services effectively across digital platforms.
• Ability to handle multiple responsibilities efficiently while maintaining a lively and positive attitude that energizes the team.

Pay: $15.00 - $18.00 per hour
