Licensed Aesthetician (Electrolysis Specialist)

Position Overview:
We are looking for a Licensed Aesthetician with Electrolysis certification who is confident, detail-oriented, and committed to building long-term client relationships. This role is ideal for someone who not only delivers excellent treatments but also understands the importance of client retention and consistent follow-up care.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform professional electrolysis treatments with precision and care
• Conduct consultations and create personalized treatment plans
• Maintain strong client relationships to ensure high retention rates
• Accurately document treatments and client progress
• Utilize scheduling and charting software efficiently
• Maintain a clean, compliant, and welcoming treatment environment
• Capture high-quality before and after photos to document client progress and results
• Assist the marketing director in creating social media content (photos, short videos, client results) to support marketing and growth

Qualifications:

• Active Florida Aesthetician License (required)
• Electrolysis License/Certification (required)
• Proven ability to retain clients and build loyalty
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Computer savvy (comfortable with booking systems, digital charts, and basic office tools)
• Professional appearance and demeanor

Preferred Experience:

• Med spa or clinical setting experience
• Sales confidence in recommending treatments and skincare

Schedule:
Work schedule is M, T, W, F 8:00-5:00, Thursdays 9:00-6:00 (some weekends required for events and trainings)
