Licensed Clinical Social Worker

Join our Outpatient Mental Health team at Evergreen Treatment Services as a LCSW, where your expertise will directly impact the mental well-being of diverse patient populations. Job Duties;

Conduct a thorough psychiatric evaluations and diagnostic assessments for adults.

Develop individualized treatment plans incorporating medication management.

Provide ongoing outpatient psychiatric care through in-person visits and telehealth platforms, ensuring accessibility and continuity of care.

Manage complex cases involving developmental disabilities, PTSD, addiction issues, crisis situations, and inpatient transitions.

Document all patient interactions accurately in medical records while adhering to HIPAA regulations and maintaining confidentiality.

Collaborate with an LCPC and a psychiatric Nurse Practitioner professionals to coordinate holistic patient care.

Engage in data collection for quality improvement initiatives and participate in clinical meetings to review treatment outcomes.

Requirements:

Social work degree as well as a Board Approved LCSW licensure.

Proficiency in diagnostic evaluation, and mental health counseling techniques.

Experience with crisis management, addiction counseling, PTSD care, and psychotherapeutic modalities such as psychodynamic therapy.

Familiarity with medical documentation systems compliant with HIPAA standards and medical terminology.

Telehealth experience is highly desirable to support flexible patient access.

Pay: $45.00 - $50.00 per hour
