Duties

• Perform a variety of esthetic services including custom facials, body waxing, HydraFacials, eyelash lifts, brow laminations and assiting the medical staff in aesthetic treatments with precision and care.
• Manage retail sales by recommending skincare products, conducting product demos, and upselling treatments to maximize client satisfaction.
• Maintain strict sanitation standards by adhering to health regulations and ensuring all tools and treatment areas are properly sterilized.
• Utilize salon management software.
• Engage with clients through social media management and guest services to build lasting relationships and promote special offers or new treatments.
• Assist at the front desk by greeting clients, answering inquiries, managing appointment bookings, and ensuring a seamless customer experience.
• Conduct product demonstrations to educate clients on skincare routines and new product lines.

Experience

• Valid state licensure as a Licensed Esthetician with comprehensive knowledge of cosmetology standards.
• Proven experience in providing esthetic treatments.
• Experience in retail sales with a focus on upselling skincare products and treatment packages.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to educate clients about treatment options.
• Knowledge of sanitation protocols aligned with health regulations to ensure client safety at all times.
• Background in med spa environments or hospitality settings is advantageous for delivering exceptional guest services in a welcoming atmosphere. Pay: $17.00 - $55.00 per hour
