Licensed Esthetician

Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled and passionate Esthetician/Lash Artist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in providing exceptional guest services and a commitment to enhancing the beauty and well-being of our clients. As an Esthetician, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality skincare treatments, makeup applications, and product demonstrations while ensuring a welcoming and relaxing environment for our guests.

Duties

• Provide a range of esthetic services including facials, waxing, and makeup application.
• Conduct thorough skin analyses to recommend appropriate treatments and products.
• Perform esthetic treatments with precision and care.
• Demonstrate product usage and benefits to clients, fostering an understanding of skincare routines.
• Upsell additional services and products based on client needs and preferences.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the treatment area as well as front desk responsibilities.
• Utilize salon software for scheduling appointments, managing client records, and processing transactions.
• Communicate effectively with clients to understand their needs and ensure satisfaction with services provided.
• Stay updated on industry trends and techniques to provide the best possible service.

Requirements

• Valid esthetician license in accordance with state regulations.
• Proven experience in guest services within a salon or spa environment.
• Familiarity with spa software for appointment management is preferred.
• Strong communication skills to interact positively with clients and team members.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
• A passion for skincare and beauty, along with a desire to help clients achieve their aesthetic goals.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $15.00 - $22.00 per hour

Expected hours: 25 – 35 per week
