<Responsibilities>

• Perform a wide range of esthetic services including facials, dermabrasion, microneedling, hydrafacial, chemical peels.
• Conduct advanced skin care procedures such as esthetic laser treatments to enhance client results.
• Manage retail sales by recommending skincare products and conducting product demos to educate clients on benefits and usage.
• Maintain strict sanitation standards and ensure all equipment and treatment areas are clean and sterilized according to industry regulations.
• Provide excellent guest services by listening to client concerns, offering personalized recommendations, and creating a relaxing experience.
• Utilize salon management software - Zenoti.
• Engage with clients through social media management to promote services, share success stories, and build community engagement.
• Assist at the front desk with check-in/check-out processes, appointment confirmations, and answering client inquiries.
• Support team collaboration through effective communication skills and a positive attitude in a fast-paced environment.

<Skills>

• Valid cosmetology license with esthetician certification required.
• Proficiency in social media management for marketing purposes.
• Excellent customer service skills with the ability to upsell products and services confidently.
• Knowledge of sanitation protocols to ensure safety standards are met consistently.
• Ability to communicate effectively with clients and team members while maintaining professionalism.
• Familiarity with retail sales techniques to maximize revenue opportunities.
