Licensed Esthetician

Job Summary:

Escape Spa is seeking a passionate and skilled Esthetician to provide a range of high-quality skincare treatments to our discerning clientele. As an integral part of our spa team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional facial treatments, waxing services, and other skincare therapies while ensuring a relaxing and rejuvenating experience for our guests. Your expertise, professionalism, and commitment to client care will contribute directly to the reputation and success of Escape Spa.

Responsibilities:

• Must understand guest retention.
• Must obtain product knowledge.
• Can make from $59-80+/hr
• Perform professional skincare treatments, including customized facials, deep cleansing chemical peels, and other advanced treatments, based on client needs and skin analysis.
• Conduct thorough skin consultations to understand client concerns, assess skin conditions, and recommend appropriate treatments and home care regimens.
• Stay up-to-date on the latest skincare trends, techniques, and product knowledge to provide informed recommendations to clients.
• Effectively educate clients on proper skincare routines and the benefits of professional treatments and retail products.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring client satisfaction and encouraging repeat bookings.
• Adhere to spa protocols and procedures, including appointment scheduling, payment processing, and client record keeping.
• Meet or exceed retail sales goals by recommending and selling appropriate skincare products to clients.
• Maintain a professional and polished appearance and demeanor at all times.
• Assist with general spa duties as needed to ensure smooth operations.

Qualifications:

• Valid Texas Esthetician license.
• 5+ years of experience
• Proven experience as a practicing Esthetician, preferably in a spa or upscale salon environment.
• Comprehensive knowledge of skin anatomy, physiology, and various skin conditions.
• Expertise in performing a wide range of facial treatments and waxing techniques.
• Strong understanding of skincare products and ingredients.
• Excellent client consultation and communication skills.
• Exceptional customer service and interpersonal skills.
• Professionalism, punctuality, and reliability.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
• Strong sales skills with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding retail targets.

Skills:

• Facial treatments (customized, deep cleansing, anti-aging, etc.)
• Chemical peels and microdermabrasion (certification may be required for advanced treatments)

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $59.00 - $80.00 per hour
