Licensed Esthetician

Louisiana Laserderm is seeking a highly qualified Licensed Esthetician to join our established medical aesthetics clinic.

We specialize in advanced laser treatments, laser hair removal, tattoo removal, RF microneedling, body contouring, and medical-grade skin services. We are seeking a highly qualified, career-driven Licensed Esthetician to replace a full-time position.

We are not hiring entry-level. We are hiring excellence.

The Ideal Candidate

You are:

• A licensed Louisiana Esthetician
• Experienced in medical aesthetics
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
• Confident with consultations and treatment planning
• Professional in appearance, communication, and demeanor
• Detail-oriented and documentation-focused
• A team player with strong integrity
• Passionate about skin health and laser technology

Laser experience strongly preferred.
Experience with Candela, Cutera, RF microneedling, or body contouring devices is a major plus.

Responsibilities

• Perform advanced aesthetic treatments (facials, peels, microneedling, laser services depending on training)
• Conduct thorough consultations
• Educate patients on treatment plans and skincare
• Maintain precise charting and compliance standards
• Uphold luxury-level client service
• Contribute to a positive, team-focused culture

Pay: $22.00 - $32.00 per hour

Expected hours: 35 – 40 per week
