Licensed Esthetician

We are seeking a skilled and passionate Esthetician to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in skincare and beauty treatments, with a focus on providing exceptional customer service. As an Esthetician, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality services that enhance the well-being and appearance of our clients. Duties

• Perform a variety of esthetic services including facials, body waxing, and skin treatments tailored to individual client needs.
• Utilize advanced techniques such as straight razor shaving and barbering when applicable.
• Maintain knowledge of current trends in skincare and beauty to provide clients with the best options available.
• Upsell products and services to enhance the client experience and meet their skincare goals.
• Manage appointments and client records using software such as MINDBODY or Millennium.
• Ensure cleanliness and organization of treatment rooms and front desk areas to maintain a professional atmosphere.
• Provide excellent customer service by addressing client inquiries, concerns, and feedback promptly.
• Collaborate with team members to create a positive guest experience that encourages repeat visits.

Qualifications

• Valid esthetician license in accordance with state regulations.
• Proven experience in body waxing, skincare treatments, or med spa environments is preferred.
• Strong customer service skills with the ability to build rapport with clients.
• Familiarity with appointment scheduling software such as MINDBODY or Millennium is advantageous.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
• A passion for the beauty industry and commitment to ongoing education in skincare practices.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $31.77 - $38.26 per hour
