Responsibilities

• Perform a wide range of esthetic treatments including facials, dermabrasion, dermal fillers, body waxing, eyelash extensions, and esthetic laser treatments with precision and care.
• Provide expert consultations on skincare routines, product recommendations, and treatment plans tailored to each guest’s unique needs.
• Manage retail sales by upselling skincare products and treatment packages confidently while maintaining a focus on guest satisfaction.
• Maintain strict sanitation standards and adhere to all health regulations to ensure a safe environment for clients and staff.
• Engage with guests through social media management and product demos to promote services and build lasting relationships.
• Assist with front desk duties including greeting clients, managing bookings, and ensuring seamless guest flow throughout the day.

Qualifications

• Valid state licensure as a Certified Esthetician or Cosmetologist with comprehensive knowledge of skin care treatments.
• Proven experience in esthetic laser treatments, facial procedures, body waxing and eyelash extensions.
• Excellent communication skills coupled with a friendly, professional demeanor that enhances guest experiences.
• Knowledge of sanitation protocols, nail care, hair threading, hair styling, barbering techniques including straight razor shaves, and makeup application is advantageous.
• Ability to perform retail sales effectively through upselling strategies while maintaining genuine customer service.
• Experience in social media management for marketing purposes is a plus.

Pay: $27.98 - $33.70 per hour
