Revive You Massage Therapy is a well-established wellness studio located in the heart of Dover, Tennessee — a warm, welcoming small-town community.

We are expanding and looking for an experienced, confident Licensed Esthetician (2+ years experience, no new grads) to join our team.

This is a peaceful, professional environment with a loyal client base and strong community support.

Schedule (Fixed Hours – 16 hrs/week max)

• Monday: 9:00 AM – 2:00 PM

• Tuesday: 2:00 PM – 7:00 PM

• Saturday: 2:00 PM – 7:00 PM

• Sunday: 9:00 AM – 2:00 PM

Part-time only (maximum 16 hours weekly).

Services Provided

• Facials only

(No waxing, spray tanning, or additional services.)

All products, supplies, booking, marketing, and client communication are handled by the business.

Your focus is simply delivering excellent care and building client relationships.

Compensation

• $25 per service hour

• Plus tips

• W-2 employee position

No booth rent.

No product purchasing.

No micromanaging.

You work independently in a calm, professional space.

Realistic Income Potential

(Based on $5 average tip per service)

At 16 hours/week (64 hrs/month capacity):

• 50% Booked: ~$768/month take-home

• 75% Booked: ~$1,152/month take-home

• 100% Booked: ~$1,536/month take-home

(Estimated after 20% tax withholding.)
