Licensed Esthetician

Overview
We are seeking a skilled and passionate Esthetician to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in skincare and beauty treatments, providing exceptional services to our clients while ensuring a welcoming and relaxing environment. As an Esthetician, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality treatments that enhance the overall well-being of our guests. As well as being knowledgeable about the products and medical machines we use.

Responsibilities

• Perform a variety of skincare treatments, including facials, chemical peels, and waxing services.
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to all sanitation protocols.
• Communicate effectively with clients to understand their needs and provide personalized recommendations.
• Deliver outstanding guest services to ensure a positive experience for all clients.
• Highlight Treatment Results – Educate clients on visible improvements and benefits to reinforce the value of ongoing or upgraded treatments.
• Build Rapport & Trust – Create a comfortable, confident, and professional environment that supports the sales process of medical devices and services.
• Document Client Progress – Take notes on treatment results, client preferences, and recommendations for the closer’s reference

Skills

• Proficient in Cosmetology practices with a focus on skincare and beauty treatments.
• Strong knowledge of nail care techniques and sanitation standards.
• Excellent communication skills to build rapport with clients and understand their preferences.
• Upsell & Recommend – Suggest appropriate add-on treatments, packages, or product sales aligned with client goals

Pay: $17.00 - $22.00 per hour
