<Responsibilities>

• Perform a wide range of esthetic treatments including facials, microdermabrasion, dermaplaning, and chemical peels with precision and care
• Manage client consultations to recommend personalized skincare routines and product solutions that meet individual needs
• Operate spa management software like Square to schedule appointments, process transactions, and maintain accurate client records
• Engage with clients through social media management and product demos to promote services and special offers effectively
• Uphold strict sanitation standards by maintaining a clean workspace and adhering to health regulations for all treatments
• Assist at the front desk with client services, appointment bookings, retail sales, and ensuring a welcoming environment for all clients

<Requirements>

• Valid NJ license as a Licensed Esthetician with current credentials in cosmetology or esthetics
• Proven experience in performing facial treatments and other esthetic procedures
• Strong communication skills with an energetic approach to client interactions and team collaboration
• Ability to uphold high standards of sanitation and safety throughout all treatments
• Experience in retail sales, upselling services/products, social media management, and customer service excellence is preferred
