Role Overview

Our Estheticians provide non-medical skincare treatments and create an experience where clients feel safe, relaxed, and confident.

You will:

• Observe skin conditions and recommend the most suitable treatments
• Explain procedures, results, and aftercare in a client-friendly way
• Help clients feel comfortable and reduce anxiety
• Maintain clean rooms, tools, and devices according to strict hygiene standards
• Document treatment details in our CRM
• Collaborate seamlessly with Coordinators, Nurses, and fellow Estheticians to support smooth clinic flow

Key ResponsibilitiesSkincare & Treatment

• Perform non-medical skincare procedures (Aqua Peel, facials, tone-up treatments, etc.)
• Educate clients on the process, expected results, and aftercare

Client Care

• Help clients feel at ease from start to finish
• Listen actively and respond with empathy
• Deliver safe, precise, and consistent techniques

Clinic Operations & Teamwork

• Maintain cleanliness of rooms, tools, and equipment
• Record treatment notes in the CRM
• Collaborate with Treatment Coordinators and Nurses for scheduling and flow management
• Learn new protocols, devices, and trends quickly

Qualifications & Preferred ExperienceRequired

• Strong empathy and client-care mindset
• Fast, accurate technique and excellent hygiene standards
• Clear communication about safety and treatment expectations
• Willingness to learn new skincare methods and trends
• Valid esthetician license
• Experience in skincare services

Preferred

• Experience in a medspa or professional skincare clinic
• Strength in skincare techniques (peels, facials, device-assisted care)
• Experience with Korean-style or Asian skincare techniques
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
