Now Hiring: Licensed Esthetician (Minimum 1 Year Experience Required)

Waxologie is growing — and we’re looking for an experienced, polished Esthetician who is confident in waxing, passionate about skin, and ready to build a strong book inside a professional environment.

We offer fast waxing with hard wax only, customized facials, intimate exfoliating treatments, lash lifting and tinting and spray tanning for professional men and women ages 25–65. This is not a chaotic salon environment. We value efficiency, discretion, and elevated client care. We build long-term relationships, so no one is a "guest" or "customer" at Waxologie — everyone is a client.

Requirements

What We Need From You

• Active North Carolina Esthetics License
• Minimum 1 year hands-on work experience
• Strong waxing skills (Brazilian experience preferred)
• Comfortable performing services on men and women
• Able to educate clients and confidently recommend retail
• Professional, punctual, drama-free, task and goal oriented

What You’ll Be Doing

• Maintaining a clean, organized treatment room
• Full body waxing with speed and precision
• Custom facials + skin consultations
• Intimate exfoliating treatments
• Airbrush spray tanning
• Upselling services

Compensation Structure

First 90 Days (Probation Period):

• $10/hour base pay
• 20% commission on services
• 5% commission on retail products

This period allows you to learn and integrate into our systems, build your books, demonstrate skill level, and learn client experience standards.

After 90 Days:

Transition to a Tiered Commission Structure (30–42%) based on performance, plus retail commission.

Your income will directly reflect:

• Service and Retail sales
• Client retention & rebooking

Pay: $15.00 - $35.00 per hour
