Duties

• Perform a variety of esthetic treatments including facials, dermabrasion, dermal fillers, eyelash extensions, body waxing, hair threading, and esthetic laser treatments with precision and care
• Provide advanced services such as botulinum toxin treatments, dermal fillers, tattooing, and med spa procedures to meet diverse client needs
• Deliver exceptional customer service by understanding client goals, recommending suitable treatments, and ensuring a welcoming experience from check-in to checkout
• Manage appointments efficiently using salon software like Millennium or MINDBODY; coordinate scheduling to maximize client flow and satisfaction
• Conduct product demos and upsell skincare products, cosmetics, and retail items to enhance client results and support business growth
• Maintain strict sanitation standards in accordance with health regulations; ensure treatment rooms are clean, organized, and ready for each client
• Engage with clients via social media management to promote services, share before-and-after photos, respond to inquiries, and build an active online community

Experience

• Valid cosmetology or esthetician license in accordance with state requirements
• Proven experience in skincare treatments such as facials, dermabrasion, laser therapy, and body waxing; med spa experience is highly preferred
• Knowledge of management systems like Millennium or MINDBODY for appointment scheduling and client management
• Familiarity with salon software platforms for retail sales tracking and guest record keeping
• Strong communication skills with the ability to educate clients on skincare routines and treatment benefits
• Experience in retail sales techniques including upselling products during appointments
• Competence in social media management to engage clients and promote services effectively
