Responsibilities

• Perform a wide range of esthetic services including facials, body waxing, dermabrasion, dermal fillers, eyelash extensions, and esthetic laser treatments with precision and care.
• Conduct advanced treatments such as botulinum toxin injections, dermal fillers, and laser procedures to meet client needs.
• Provide expert advice on skincare products, makeup application, hair extensions, hair styling, and color theory to enhance client results.
• Manage appointments efficiently using salon software such as Millennium or MINDBODY; coordinate scheduling to maximize client flow.
• Engage clients through social media management and product demos to promote services and retail sales effectively.
• Maintain a clean, sanitized workspace adhering strictly to sanitation protocols; ensure all tools and equipment are properly sterilized after each use.
• Deliver outstanding guest services by listening attentively to client concerns, offering personalized recommendations, and upselling suitable treatments or products.
• Assist with front desk duties when needed, including greeting clients, checking in appointments, and handling retail transactions.
• Stay updated on industry trends such as tattooing, hair threading, nail care, straight razor shaving, and med spa innovations to continually improve service offerings.

Qualifications

• Valid state cosmetology or esthetician license with current certification.
• Proven experience in esthetic treatments including facials, body waxing, eyelash extensions, dermabrasion, and laser procedures.
• Knowledge of management systems like Millennium or MINDBODY for scheduling and client management.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to educate clients about skincare routines and product recommendations.
• Experience with social media management for marketing purposes is preferred.
• Familiarity with salon software applications and retail sales techniques to drive revenue growth.
• Ability to perform advanced treatments such as botulinum toxin injections or dermal fillers is a plus but not mandatory.
• Excellent sanitation practices aligned with health regulations; attention to detail in maintaining a hygienic environment.
• A passion for continuous learning in beauty trends like hair styling, hair extensions, tattooing techniques, and esthetic laser treatments. Pay: From $16.00 per hour

Work Location: In person
