Licensed Esthetician

Overview
We are seeking a skilled, motivated, independent, and compassionate Esthetician to join our team. You must have a passion for helping others feel and look great! The ideal candidate will have a strong background in providing exceptional skincare services and a commitment to enhancing the overall guest experience. As an Esthetician, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality treatments while building lasting relationships with clients. Your expertise in various techniques and services will contribute to the growth of our business and the satisfaction of our guests.

Responsibilities

• Provide a range of esthetic services including facials, body waxing, dermabrasion, lash and brow tints, etc.
• Perform skincare services ensuring clients leave feeling uplifted, rejuvenated and satisfied.
• Engage with clients to understand their skincare needs and recommend appropriate treatments or products.
• Upsell additional services and products to enhance the client experience.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming treatment area in compliance with health and safety regulations.
• Deliver exceptional guest services by creating a relaxing environment and addressing any client concerns promptly.

Experience

• Proven experience as an Esthetician or similar role in a spa or salon environment.
• Strong knowledge of skincare products, techniques, and trends in the beauty industry.
• Certifications in specialized treatments are a plus.
• Familiarity with sales techniques and upselling strategies to enhance client engagement.
• Excellent communication skills with a focus on providing outstanding guest services.
• Ability to work collaboratively within a team-oriented environment while maintaining professionalism.

*Pay is commissioned based.
