Position Overview:
We are seeking a motivated and driven Esthetician or Master Esthetician to join our team. Training will be provided for advanced treatments, including laser services, and we offer opportunities for career growth. This role requires at least a 1-year commitment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide exceptional skincare treatments and services, including facials, Hydrafacials, and other advanced aesthetics treatments.
• Assist with front desk duties and client scheduling when needed.
• Engage with clients to educate and promote skincare products and services, helping to grow sales.
• Maintain a professional, welcoming, and enthusiastic environment for clients.
• Support social media efforts to showcase treatments and attract new clients.
• Participate in ongoing training and professional development opportunities.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Licensed Esthetician or Master Esthetician.
• Experience in skincare sales is a plus.
• Strong social media and marketing skills are a bonus.
• Team player with enthusiasm, punctuality, and attention to detail.
• Open to learning and growing professionally.

Compensation:

• Base salary plus commission and performance bonuses.
• Training for advanced treatments provided.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $16.00 - $22.00 per hour

Expected hours: 30 – 40 per week
