Licensed Esthetician

Overview
We are seeking a skilled and passionate Esthetician to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in skincare and beauty treatments, providing exceptional customer service and creating a welcoming atmosphere for clients. This role requires proficiency in various esthetic services, as well as the ability to manage client relationships effectively.

Duties

• Perform a variety of esthetic treatments including facials, body waxing, eyelash extensions, and makeup application.
• Administer advanced procedures such as botulinum toxin treatment, dermal fillers, and esthetic laser treatments.
• Maintain high standards of sanitation and hygiene in accordance with industry regulations.
• Utilize salon software for appointment scheduling and client management.
• Manage front desk operations, including greeting clients, answering inquiries, and handling retail sales.
• Provide product demonstrations and recommend skincare products to enhance client satisfaction.
• Engage in social media management to promote services and build brand awareness.
• Upsell services and products to maximize client experience and salon revenue.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure a seamless guest experience.

Skills

• Strong customer service skills with a focus on guest satisfaction.
• Proficiency in management tasks related to salon operations.
• Experience with Millennium or similar salon software is preferred.
• Knowledge of sanitation practices in the beauty industry.
• Familiarity with hair extensions, hair threading, deep tissue massage, and nail care techniques.
• Excellent communication skills for effective interaction with clients and team members.
• Ability to perform tattooing and barbering services is a plus.
• Understanding of color theory as it applies to hair styling and makeup application.
• Experience in retail sales and upselling techniques within a beauty or wellness setting.

Pay: $28.39 - $34.19 per hour
