Job Summary

Duties

• Perform a wide range of skincare treatments including facials, dermabrasion, esthetic laser treatments, and micro needling with precision and care.
• Ensure strict adherence to sanitation and infection control protocols to maintain a safe and hygienic environment for clients and staff.
• Educate clients on skincare routines, product recommendations, and cosmetic procedures tailored to their individual skin types and concerns.
• Manage medical records accurately using electronic medical record (EMR) systems, documenting treatments, client preferences, and progress notes.
• Promote retail sales by recommending appropriate skincare products and beauty solutions that align with client goals.
• Maintain a clean, organized treatment area while following all health regulations related to sanitation and infection control.

Experience

• Valid state licensure as a Certified Esthetician or Cosmetologist with current licensing credentials.
• Proven experience performing professional skincare treatments such as facials, dermabrasion, laser therapy, and body waxing.
• Familiarity with EMR systems for accurate record keeping of client treatments and medical histories.
• Experience in sales or retail environments is preferred to effectively recommend products to clients.
• Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate clearly, listen actively, and build lasting client relationships.
• Knowledge of infection control practices essential for maintaining safety standards in all esthetic procedures. Pay: $20.00 - $30.00 per hour
