Duties

• Perform a wide range of esthetic services including body waxing, eyelash extensions, dermabrasion, and esthetic laser treatments with precision and care
• Provide personalized skin consultations to recommend suitable treatments and skincare products tailored to each client’s needs
• Maintain strict sanitation and infection control standards to ensure a safe environment for clients and staff
• Educate clients on skincare routines, color theory for makeup application, and post-treatment care to enhance results
• Promote retail sales of skincare products and treatment packages to meet client needs and business goals

Skills

• Strong customer service skills with the ability to connect with diverse clients and foster trust
• Knowledge of sanitation protocols and infection control practices essential for maintaining a safe treatment environment
• Formal training in cosmetology or esthetician licensing required
• Excellent sales skills to recommend products effectively while providing outstanding service
