Licensed Esthetician (Entry-Level Opportunity with Growth) | Sedona’s Day Spa & Float Tanks

Sedona’s Day Spa & Float Tanks is looking for a licensed esthetician who’s ready to get their foot in the door of the spa industry — and grow into something more.

This is a unique position designed for someone who wants to build real experience inside a boutique, high-end spa environment. You won’t be thrown into a fully booked schedule right away — instead, you’ll start by learning the foundation of our operations while gaining hands-on exposure to client care, flow, and service standards.

What This Role Looks Like:

Your primary responsibility to start will be managing and maintaining our sensory deprivation float tanks throughout the day. This includes:

• Preparing float rooms for each guest
• Cleaning, sanitizing, and resetting tanks between sessions
• Monitoring water quality, temperature, and overall presentation
• Creating a calm, welcoming environment for every client

This role is client-facing — you are part of the experience. The way you interact, reset the room, and hold the space matters.

Growth Opportunity:

As you become confident in the flow of the spa and demonstrate reliability and strong guest experience skills, you will have the opportunity to:

• Begin taking esthetic service bookings (facials, HydroFacials, body service such as body wraps, back facials, etc.)
• Build your clientele within our space
• Train in advanced treatments and spa offerings
• Grow into a long-term service provider role within Sedona’s
