We emphasize an eco-friendly approach to beauty, offering services that include sugaring, vajacials, lash lifts, and brow lamination. Our estheticians, called “Sugaristas,” provide a welcoming experience that prioritizes client comfort and skin health.

Role Description

This is a part-time on-site role for an Esthetician at SUGARING NYC located in Charlotte, NC. The Esthetician will be responsible for providing top-quality hair removal services, skincare guidance, and eyelash services to our clients. Additionally, the Esthetician will be expected to deliver an exceptional customer experience and contribute to sales efforts.

Responsibilities

• Perform sugaring hair removal treatments following Sugaring NYC’s professional protocols.
• Offer additional beauty services, including vajacials, brow lamination, and lash lifts, as needed.
• Educate clients on pre- and post-care for sugaring and other services.
• Maintain a clean, sanitary work area that complies with company and health regulations.
• Build rapport with clients to ensure a comfortable and positive experience.
• Keep up with the latest trends in esthetics and sugaring hair removal.
• Assist with salon marketing by creating engaging photo and video content related to services, client experiences, and salon culture, for use on social media and other platforms.
• Performs other related duties as assigned to support the overall success of the salon.

Qualifications

• Current North Carolina Esthetician license
• Experience in hair removal, cosmetology, and skincare
• Commitment to providing outstanding customer service
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Demonstrated ability to remain engaged and productive in both high-demand periods and steady-flow times, contributing positively to team performance and overall business success.
• Attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $12.00 - $14.00 per hour
