Licensed Esthetician (Skin Care Trainer / SCT) — skoah® Oak Forest (Houston)

Location: Houston, TX (Oak Forest)
Compensation: Hourly + tips + product commission + bonus eligibility
Job Type: Full-time (30–35 hrs/week)

Schedule Requirement:
Must be available to work Friday, Saturday, and Sunday, as well as evening shifts. Weekend availability is required for this role.

Experience:
Minimum 2 years of experience in a professional spa or skincare clinic environment. References recommended.

What You’ll Do

• Perform customized facials using the skoah® method and protocols
• Deliver confident consultations and recommend home-care based on skin goals
• Drive performance outcomes including add-ons, retail, rebooking, and retention
• Maintain strong service standards (time management, cleanliness, documentation)
• Contribute to a team-focused, high-performance shop environment

Requirements (Must-Haves)

• Active Texas Esthetician license
• Strong consultation and communication skills
• Comfortable recommending and selling professional skincare products
• Reliable, punctual, and able to perform in a fast-paced environment
• Professional demeanor with a team-first mindset
• Ability to stand for extended periods and perform services consistently

Preferred (Nice-to-Haves)

• HydraFacial experience/training
• Experience in membership-based or service-sales environments
• Proven success with rebooking, retention, add-ons, and retail performance
• Dual licensure in massage therapy
